Good Shepherd Homes
Seven new children added to the GSH family
New 2023 Admissions
Thanks to Thomas and Hazlett’s successful fundraising campaign, GSH was able to admit the first seven children of the 2023 admissions. Admissions were on pause for two years, in GSH. and in countless other organisations in India. Because of the strict Covid laws, our waiting list became a pending list. The good news is, that it’s 2022, and once again we have been able to open doors to children that are in dire need of a safe environment and an education. You can see several of the new girls in the photo above. All the new children have made a good start in their various groups and school grades.
RIDE2educate
Thanks to the many supporters and sponsors of Thomas and Hazlett’s fund-raising journey from Goa to Kanyakumari, they were able to raise no less than 17 Lakh Rupees fro Good Shepherd Homes: almost 10 Lakh through the Ketto website, and another 7 lakh through gifts that came in to the Good Shepherd Homes account directly.
Both in 2018 and 2019, Thomas did cycle journeys (to Goa and Delhi) to raise funds to start the GSH Academy in Parandhwadi. .

EVERY CHILD A CHAMPION!
Education remains the number 1 way by which we can safeguard an escape from poverty and exploitation and provide a pathway to a productive and successful life.
Quality schooling should not be a prize in the lottery of life. It must be the heritage of every child born in our great nation.
