Good Shepherd International Academy

Good Shepherd Homes was fortunate to be able to construct this premier child facility in the hills surrounding Talegaon, which is where Good Shepherd Homes started.

George, Renos and James Sideras not only funded GSH to purchase 12 acres of land in 2003. They also sponsored the design and construction of the entire development through their charity. Today the campus contains: eight residential buildings, thirty-two double apartments, a sewage treatment and water treatment plant, a community hall, a central kitchen, and living spaces for over 500 people.

Ample space remains for the development of recreational and community spaces. Good Shepherd Homes’ full-time school, the Good Shepherd International Academy opened on June 22nd, 2019. The first admissions in the children’s homes took place in May 2019.

There are plans for a dedicated school complex with a capacity of over 1000 students. Construction will start in 2020. We look forward to post plans and visuals of this new project in the near future.
